Fast and professional service

After a few blips, I managed to cancel my subscription,with the very helpful customer service team .

The product is great, it took longer than expected for delivery, but customer service was good when trying to cancel my subscription.

Sadly I am still waiting for my first delivery which has been ongoing for the last 3 weeks. I have been in touch thru email both with cellu and evri the courier. I still want to try the product so hopefully this time it will be delivered and I can give a glowing review. Please look into why I have not received it as evri say it is lost in the system

The product doesn't work. Please ensure you don't choose the subscription option. Otherwise you will be charged and sent the product every 4 weeks

The shipping wasn’t fast! It took over 15 days to receive it.

Excellent customer care

Product seems to be making a difference after as little as two weeks. My only complaints would be that it’s not very moisturising so I have to apply a different lotion as well and it would be lovely if it had a nice fragrance to it rather than being fragrance free
