I have only used the product for a couple of days so too early too tell whether its effective but I do like the feel of it and how it absorbs quickly

I have not seen any change at all anywhere. My arms still look terrible! No tank tops for me. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANY MORE PRODUCTS TO ME!! It’s not doing it for me!

My ordered oil hasn’t been arrived because I ordered it yesterday. But customer service Margherita texted me to make sure my address. Although she suggested another product, not pushing at all and advising me how to use the oil.

The product was easy to order online. I received the order in a reasonable amount of time I have. Great follow up by the company wanting to make sure I was pleased. I'm half way through my first bottle of the Cellu oil. I'm using it primarily on my arms. They feel and appear more nourished with improved hydration. Looking forward to more improvement.

Shocking customer service and subscription trap Please be careful buying from this company. I requested an urgent cancellation before my order was prepared, but they pushed it through anyway, even after replying that it was "escalated." They secretly set up a subscription and took money without my permission. When I tried to get a return under their "60-Day Risk-Free Trial," they did not stick to their own policy. Instead, they forced me into a time-wasting email chain, haggling with partial refunds from 15%, 20%, to 35%. I countered by asking for 80%, but they refused and stuck to 50%. Their replies were completely unprofessional and ridiculous—they didn't even bother to sign off their last emails with a name. I accepted the 50% partial refund without returning the item to end an appalling customer service. If you find yourself in this situation, I highly advise you to go straight to your bank to open a dispute instead of wasting your time emailing them which I realised too late. Stay far away!

It works well with the firmness oil to increase my arm skin turgor. It also helps to decrease the flakiness on my legs. My arms are not perfect but much improved.
