very pleasant experience. When I call, I get a human. And that human is very helpful and polite. I said there may be an error in one of the dates in the coupon and that kind human fixed that error on the spot. I purchased the voucher with the correct date, got an extra day for study, and passed my CompTIA exam

It was nice and quick. Took less than 5-10 minutes to get the voucher. When I purchased two separately, they even verified that was what I wanted to do and not double charge me by default.
