So customer service has been spot on with any inquiries (changing type of guard, time line of new guard etc). Originally ordered guard had been wonderful (hard guard). I wanted to switch and try a hybrid for second guard and customer service got that taken care of. My only negative is timing of getting the new one out to me...think I'm on 3 month renewal and are past that mark. Hopefully, as CS has said have details and in que to be made and shipped.

Customer service is great. They respond right on time and are attentive. Instructions in the kit box took a minute to navigate.

I had tried numerous night guards prior to finding Cheeky, and I never stuck with them because they were too big, too cumbersome, or just uncomfortable. Then I found Cheeky. I got the thin hard plastic version on my lower teeth, and truthfully, I don't even know it's there. It's very comfortable, and it protects my teeth very well. Plus, they're very durable. One has lasted me an entire year. Thanks Cheeky!
