I love this company and the product. Its helped with depression, hunger and cravings.

I have not lost any weight or noticed any decrease in appetite. It does prevent you from using the bathroom but without feeling stopped up. Probably not the healthiest. Been on them for 2 months now to try and decrease any holiday eating.
