I had to schedule two separate audio visits as the first provider didn’t attend the visit. Therefore I’ve been charged for the two visits on top of my prescription order. I do like the convenience of the audio visit, but it would certainly be a better experience if the doctors would tend to it in a timely fashion.

It was extremely easy to fill out the information and received an email that said was approved and general info about the product! Excited to give it a try!
