AJ provied excellent and complete service. He is extremely professional, courteous, and friendly. Work was done quickly and on time. He even provides a to-the-minute accurate ETA when he's on his way. I am very satisfied with his service and would recommend to anybody looking for environmentally conscious waste removal. Call people back when asked
Call people back when asked. Called about reduction in price because there was less to dispose of and no one has called or texted me back. Very bad communication.
Response from Dimension Waste Management· Apr 20, 2024
Hi Carol, We sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you regarding the reduction in price. This oversight falls short of our commitment to excellent communication. Rest assured, we take your feedback seriously and will address this internally to ensure it doesn't happen again. We will look into your request for a price reduction and reach out to you promptly with an update. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Best regards, Dimension

It was exceptional with Dimension…
It was exceptional with Dimension sending someone the next day to pick up our trash. Another company would have taken a couple of days, so I liked that they had same-day or next-day options.
