My wife loves this Inizio skirt
My wife loves this Inizio skirt. She has several, including the white one that she wears all the time. When Inizio came out this year with one in plum - her favorite color of all - I ordered it for her for Christmas. She loves it. GDC not only has an incredible selection of world class clothing, but their customer service is outstanding.

This is my second coat!
I bought a coat that I bought in Bermuda last year because it is such a great style and I get so many compliments. They sent it immediately and no cost for shipping. I love this new store! Thank you for the great service and quality! I’ll be back!

Make sure you read the return policy!!!! I made that mistake.

Hi Jo Ann, Thanks for taking the time to review. Yes! we always encourage our clients to read the return policy, which you actually need to approve when you checkout. It is a very standard policy across the industry for small retailers (nope, we're not amazon). 14 days for refund on regular priced merchandise and all sale, or late returns within 30 days is a store credit. Since your purchase was out of policy we did offer you a store credit. We look forward to bringing new and interesting collections to market and don't forget our our lovely Inizio linen pre orders! Trying to make a return
Trying to make a return. Not getting a response. Feels like a scam. Regretting I purchased from this questionable company. Update: it seems my initial return request never went through. While I did not have a smooth experience with the return process, customer service was helpful in the end and I appreciate that.

Hi Amelia, I'm going to assume you posted this review before we spoke. As I mentioned when we spoke, we had received NO correspondence or request for return via the return portal, your account, and email request, or a phone call. It makes me so sad when customers don't provide accurate information and jump to a conclusion. We are a small retailer that has been in business for over 10 years that goes out of our way to provide great customer service as noted by our other reviews. I hope we've resolved your return request adequately.
