I ordered my dress a month ago and have…
I ordered my dress a month ago and have received multiple emails asking how the service is, but no dress. I have tried to track where it is, but the tracking number is not traceable through the portal they gave. So I would suggest confirming if the person received the items before emails go out about how I like it.

We show that your purchase was made 15 days ago, and it was an international shipment, which unfortunately takes about 7-10 working days for delivery once shipped. We have already updated you on the tracking which should have your item arriving this week. I don't see that you've reached out to us previously with your concerns, but know we are always quick to help with any questions.
