Shell of the company it used to be. A couple of years ago the support would be helpful and able to provide assistance over chat, now they simply just create a ticket and you have to wait 24 hours for the first response. We have now moved 5 of our websites away and moved to Kinsta instead, which provides everything Flywheel once did.

I am coming off an entirely HORRIBLE ordeal with Flywheel Hosting. I had been a client for over 10 years and they were once a very good company. SInce being bought by WP Engine, they have gone RAPIDLY downhill. I hosted over 27 sites there. Lately, they have all become infected with the SAME virus Background Image Cropper. All of them crashed, had to rebuild them, couldn't even use the backups because they were infected, too! Tech support is non-existant, put in over 20+ tickets, no help, no resolution. RUN RUN RUN as quickly as you can away from this company! They cost me THOUSANDS in lost hosting, ruined client relationships, etc.

Our agency has been with Get Flywheel for many years and use them for our client hosting. They used to be great - rarely had malware or issues and if any come up they fixed them really quickly. Not anymore. We recently had an malware issue on the site and after 20+ support messages talking to many different people, absolutely nothing was done to fix the issue. We're going to be moving to a more reliable hosting provider.

Terrible hosting,impossible to work with the website lost all my work progress in elementor due to 500 server error.

Have been with Flywheel for YEARS and now that WP Engine bought them, it's the absolute worst ever. I cannot even install a plugin on a simple brochure site without constant 500 server errors. They are horrific. I now have to move 65 websites off this useless hosting platform as my clients are screaming. Ugh.

We spent many years with these guys and our experience in the last few years was absolutely terrible. Customer service is NON existent. Price increased to stupidly and to top it all off, after cancelling a month before our hosting yearly renewal, they still charged my bank card and no one is replying to any emails to sort it out. Stay well clear from this company.

I've been a flywheel client hosting about 100 sites on Flywheel for several years now. Great ecosystem, if you're a webdev there are a lot of great tools. I feel like I get a lot of value from their program. They were bought by WP Engine a few years ago, and eventually they will be, I assume, shutting down Flywheel and merging into WP Engine - which will be sad, because FW is great. Only annoyance was I had a frustrating "account rep" who lied to me a bunch. I have a much more honest one now, but "tech-bro" sales guy really ground my gears for a bit there.

Never working with Flywheel again. I've been a customer for 4 years and can't get a response from support. No wonder everyone is canceling and moving to other providers. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
