When I reached out that the package was damaged and one of the pieces was missing Julie was quick to respond that a replacement was being shipped out.

JeAnne, Julia and Ramon were absolutely amazing! I ordered a flea and tick repellent for my dogs collar. It was working amazingly, I went from finding at least one tick a day to zero! Somehow, the outside piece holding the scent pouch broke and I lost the little scent pouch. The team at Furlife were understanding and helped with sending a new one right away. I love FurLife! They have amazing customer service and it’s very fast. I was able to change the color of my fur life in seconds. JeAnn was so helpful!

Glisson and JeAnne were very helpful in fixing my problem. I love the product and feel it is helping my dogs. The pod of oil fell out of one of the holders that is on my dogs collar and they replaced it no charge for me. Very pleasant to work with and very fast response when I asked if there are replacement pods available. I highly recommend this product.
