GethoppReviews of gethopp.com

This company should be ashamed of itself for calling it a transportation service. Drivers are rude late disregard of people's time. I waited for six drivers they kept canceling. This is unacceptable and not deserving of a business license. They should be closed down. Shame

This is a very bad company. Don't use it!!!! They claim to give good drivers when in fact you don't know what you are going to get! I had a very bad experience today 😕 very disappointed extremely rude driver, bad driving behavior, the whole trip talking on his phone, and speaking in another language. I have reached Hopp Customer Support for a full refund of my fare and they keep ignoring my request and throwing the ball around saying based on company rules they feel a full refund is not possible on my fare?!!!! Wait what!!! A customer is not happy, had issues along the way with the driver, and the customer requested a full refund on their fair, and plain and simple it has to get done. Im no longer using Hopp again.

A disgrace of a company. They really really don’t care about customers. I contacted them and was quite shocked how rude and badly their customer support were. This review seems like all others on Tristpilot so I hope consumers will take note and avoid this company.

Very disappointing experience on my recent trip to London. I was quoted approximately £64 for a ride to Chelsea, but the driver's GPS directed him toward Brixton. When I questioned him, he told me his GPS was taking him there and asked me to re-enter my original destination. The fare then increased substantially. Despite several attempts to explain that my destination never changed, Hopp refused to acknowledge the issue. After being a loyal customer, I have lost confidence in the service and will no longer use it.

Horrible. Wrong pick up location. Dropped off at wrong location. Driver refused GPS. Absolute incredible disrespect from driver. Hopp refused to assume responsibility for the conduct of their driver. No accountability. Stick with Uber and Lyft.

First cpl rides were great. Drivers are amazing. But I prebooked my ride on July 5th around 2pm to be picked up on July 6th at 640am, for work. They canceled my ride without warning after the pick up time passed. Deleted app and refuse to do business with a company thats unreliable. Shameful

Very poor service

They don't come when you schedule a pre-arranged ride, nor do they come when you schedule a ride, if they so choose to cancel your ride without any reason. They also do not offer any telephone support. It's AI chat. I do not recommend using Hopp.
