I would highly recommend this loan. They are awesome! I did have issues with submitting my necessary documents and a young lady named Cori called and assisted me with everything. She was very patient and kind. I was frustrated and she helped me along the way.

Hazel was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I called yesterday and was skeptical about the new process they are doing so I told her I would call back well today I called and she got me again and this time it was smooth she was helpful and get willingness to do what she can to help.

Today I spoke with Charlotte she is an amazing representative here I have called several times with questions about my loan she actually took the time to not only verify my information was received correctly but walk me through the process.
