Johnny arrived after needing to find better parking here. I believe I can help him next time. He was prompt and did a professional job of assessing my heightened pain this week after a corticosteroid shot into a vertebrae this week. He was very good at reassessing and finding the right treatment for my comfort and care. I was very appreciative. He is very knowledgeable.

Cortney, my therapist was very professional and very skillful of a job and she was always on time. She got me up and moving and ready for my two weeks check up , I can go to doctor with cane instead of a walker, really appreciate her. She was awesome.

My therapist, Kelvin, is very professional, and very hands on. He arrives on time and has all the equipment with him to allow the therapy session to flow smoothly. He is knowledgable, informative, and very well spoken. It’s been a pleasure to have him as my in-home therapist.

The $7.50 that’s charged “EVERYTIME” I have a session with a therapist is very unfair. Especially when um they are already being compensated from my insurance.

The Concierge/Service Fee helps us continue offering high-quality care directly in your home. While the cost of delivering this kind of personalized service rises each year - including mileage, scheduling and clinical resources, and technology costs - insurance reimbursements have actually dropped 8%-10% since 2020 and continue to decline. This fee supports a range of services that make your experience more convenient and comprehensive. It covers therapist travel and mileage for in-home visits, weekend and evening availability when applicable, appointment reminders and rescheduling via text and the Luna app, and access to the Luna app with exercise programs and unlimited therapist messaging. It also includes support through our Concierge hotline and the Luna app, physician coordination and insurance authorization help, communication with your physician/surgeon, and continued access to your in-app exercise plan after your care ends. We’re committed to transparency and appreciate the opportunity to explain.

Luna Physical Therapy was a game-changer for me. The convenience of having a licensed therapist come to my home made it so much easier to stay consistent with my treatment.
