Magic needs work
After my consultation, it was recommended I hire 3 assistants and they would find me matches based on my business needs. I chose 2 of the 3 they offered and only 1 ended up working out. She was outstanding and I would work with that assistant again but the other 1 I hired quit Magic before we could even work together. First week, I was charged for 2 full time assistants and the manager they guarantee you get with the assistants didn’t respond back to me in over a week. I think Magic has potential to be a great resource for business owners but they need to do a lot of work with the staff. Experienced assistants shouldn’t be paid the same as inexperienced assistants and the managers should be available within 24hrs if a problem occurs otherwise don’t offer a manager with the assistants if you really don’t get the service needed.
