Love the product
I haven't really had much interaction with the Service team other than order processing and that has been great. The products work well and have been very reliable. I really like being able to check and see if I remembered to close my garage door when I leave, rather than getting 3 blocks away and having to drive back and look..:)

Needed replacement adhesive
Needed replacement adhesive, the process was very easy although it did take 2 weeks to get them in the mail. Overall, I am satisfied with the entire Chat process.
