There was no issue with the order of extra parts, HOWEVER, the customer service is TERRIBLE! We have left multiple messages and sent emails (greeting states will return call in 24 hours). It’s been weeks so we quit trying and contacted our insurance company whom we got the product through. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!

Worked great for over 1 year but now all sensors have no signal. Have re-installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, left batteries out of sensors for more than 1 hour, re-synched bridge but still not working. App won't let me delete sensors so I can’t attempt to add them back. Called customer service telephone number of last 4 days with no response back. Also sent email to support with no response.

Worked great for 3 months, now all sensor says connect but shows errors when trying to access them, have installed the app, changed batteries in sensors, re synched bridge it won't let U delete sensors when U try to it just re adds them back in

Came free with a discounted home insurance, pucks are great, but for window and door security they are too large, round and would never use it in that way Low review is due to all the calls, messages, and emails asking my opinion, seriously I don’t buy (or in this case evolve) anything that asks me so many times, my trust lowers the more spam you send. You have no brand recognition, and I’ve never seen them in a physical store

well when our modem resets it loses conention and hard to have to re set up should auto reconect. we are in australia and cant even change the temp from F to C other wise they are a good idea though

The service is just ok. The the sensors are often wrong and regularly require re-syncing. Overall I find the system unreliable enough that I have all notifications disabled. I only keep it for the discount I get on my home owner’s insurance. As soon as I switch insurers, I’ll trash the system and stop using it.

When the notion sensors are working they are great but so far every three days they drop out and the only way to get them going again is to completely reset the system, and manually reconnect every sensor to the bridge which is time consuming.
