Had an excellent experience!

The experience of getting the car and signing the paperwork getting it brought to me was wonderful. When a mistake was made the effort that was made to fix it without any hassle was greatly appreciated.The only thing I have a problem is the issues with the car and the resolution of it . The windshield and the engine were taking care of right away but the issue with my flooring and getting the car detailed was never taken care of and the floor still smells like mildew . No one has followed up as far as that and everything that has been an issue with the car I’ve had to check in about which is kind of frustrating. Besides that though it was a great experience.

My experience dealing with gettacar was flawless. From my online search to the financing to delivery and follow up was first class.

Everything was quick easy and fun. Only thing is a purchased my car during black Friday week and I did not get my GC that was advertised. I did mention the page they said they would send it by haven’t received it. But other then that everything is fantastic. Thank you Tom

The best car buying experience that I’ve ever had! Rob was super helpful, worked to find the best financing rate, and never failed to answer the phone whenever I called with questions! Gettacar was kind enough to ship the truck to Virginia, and it is flawless! I highly recommend buying a car from these guys! It’s not your typical car buying experience!
