their produce is not always fresh, prices are outrageous and their self checkout does not ring the proper price.

I would shop at this store more frequently if they would stop misleading you with all of these digital coupon tags. Is there a reason you cannot charge someone the same price for the product the doesn't have a digital coupon? You can't collect any more data off of what I purchased there. So it has to be just a ploy to get you to buy things and pay full price for them when you get at the checkout. Shameful. Diana

Questionable Policies. !!! According to Giant Eagle, they offer a 2x your money back on Giant Eagle brand products for satisfaction. The problem is that they don’t offer the guarantee. If you don’t bring the policy to their attention….they will never give you 2x’s your money back. They are only getting 3 stars because they have never denied the policy to me but I do have to ask them for it.

I don't like the fact that you no longer mail sales papers and the fact that you no longer supply plastic bags I believe it's more of cost and profit issue than saving the environment.
