Order a fun personalized mug from them for a Valentines gift. However, when it was received it was only half done. One side of the mug had the names properly but the other side was completely blank. It was a half-a&& job, I did however give them a chance to correct it and even sent pictures to show the product was not done completely. They decided that it was good enough for them and that they wouldn’t do anything about it. I get that it is a fun no big deal mug, but for 30.00 I would expect the job to be completed fully. Take your chances on this company at your own risk. I wish I could post the same pictures I sent them. I also did not want my money back just a completed product that I paid for. They did half the work on a simple request but took all the payment.

I have had nothing but issues with this company, I haven't received my gift and it's been over 4 weeks. The gift was meant to be for a present however due to it not arriving on time I had to source an alternative one I then asked them for a refund and they have point blank refused. All they have offered is a reprint but I explained I don't need the product anymore and would like my money back which they won't do. All I can say is do not use this company there customer service is terrible.
