I got a loan
I got a loan, pay it back and all payments was on time. They say I could get another loan for more money and cheaper rate but when I try too, they told me I could not get but half of what I got first time. It was a rip off the second time.

Financing was fine, customer service was not for any ongoing, loans had a high rate
Edited: removing additional stars, looked in email and saw that if you as a customer write a positive email, then they will pay you. I assume tjat when you see a "invited" mark under the review and its positive, that is is not a true representation of the outcime and they as a customer only did it to get paid for their review.
Financing was fine, was a bit low, which I assumed was because a buisness relationship needed to start.
When I was sent another invite to do another loan, I followed up, but this time the response and actions were much less favorable. I was put off, told I would get a response, but none of that ever happened. It was a night and day treatment the second go around.
Their responses felt less caring. They put others, maybe new customers before their existing. Maybe it was because I paid my loan on time and off early that they were not able to collect massive late fees already on the high interest set which is why they ultimately declined to work with me which I would take that as due to not wanting to continue communication for any new loans.
I'm sure they will see this..maybe, and we will hear the common tactic we hear from most companies of (please send us a email to resolve, we had no intention, etc), but, it's not a place I'd choose to do buisness again with especially after I fulfilled all my duties as a customer and never went into default.
