Unpaid Customs Duties, Ghosted on Promised Samples, and Rebranding as "Given Style 2.0"
My experience with Given Style continues to get worse. After they messed up my initial order, they promised on October 8 to process the order again and send a new mock-up and sample within 48 to 72 hours. That deadline has long passed, and I have received zero mock-ups, zero samples, and no resolution. To add insult to injury, they left me hanging with unpaid FedEx customs duties. Despite multiple assurances in their chat support that they would pay the fees directly, they have failed to do so, leaving me with ongoing collection notices while they ignore my messages. Now I see they are trying to escape accountability by launching "Given Style 2.0" on Instagram. Zero communication, broken promises, and terrible business practices. Avoid them.
