I loved the virtual "try them on" aspect. It made the process so easy and realistic as to how I would look in the glasses. That was the best part!!!

This is my second purchase from Glasses.com. The first purchase was last year around this same time. Both times I've had great service, and my glasses have arrived super quickly after ordering. The turnaround time is so fast. I love my new glasses, they're Pink Havana with Ruby transitions (super cute!). I also love mine that I purchased last year. Thanks for the great customer service & deals!

Optics not good. Trying to return. In 3 weeks, still have not received the promised return label.

I ordered prescription lenses, which normally take 6 to 10 days to make before shipping. My order was mailed in under seven hours. They were not prescription, none of the features that I selected were included such as blue light blocking anti-scratch, anti-reflective, etc.. this was the second order on the same day and they got both of my orders wrong. Their customer service was horrible. They did answer, but they weren’t helpful. They were making everything my fault telling me I’m not getting my money back, etc.. I will never ever use this site again for anything. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had making an online purchase. Also, the worst Customer Service I’ve ever dealt with.

This is the second time I've used Glasses.com. I have had a great experience both times. My glasses were the exact prescription I need and love the quality of the glasses. Prices are very reasonable and delivery was extremely quick. I would definitely recommend Glasses.com.
