I received my glasses and they were perfect. The fit was perfect and when I put them on, it's like they were made perfectly, just for me. Better than the last couple of pairs I got in person. I had an issue with the shipping times (as I was going to be out of town when they were delivered) and the company was very understanding and helpful. They made feel heard and my concerns were addressed. The cost was way less than the in person Optical labs I've used in the past.

Sent me the wrong size glasses. I explicitly chose the size 50-19 persol 3007VM frames and got sent the larger, 52-19 size. Buying glasses is important and expensive now I have to wait to make a return and re-order the proper size pair. So stupid.
