Received glasses warped/broken. Very disappointed

These are the totally wrong rx they are super magnified thick lenses. Was an order for rx sunglasses. Cant use them.

My order clearly shows I have a lens added to it. They sent me just the frame without glasses. I am getting a headache as my current glasses are broken. They consume my insurance benefit. I have to wait until I return their frame (which is not useful to me) to get my benefits back. So I am without glasses for 3 weeks now. They have no courtesy of shipping me one free pair of glasses (at least for a few days to be returned), even for temporaty basis. This is the worst experience.

Beware! Using insurance makes them revert to full price even if you’ve picked a sale item! When I asked for help with this, they stated that it was their policy that no promos are accepted with insurance payments. So I called my insurance company and found that they had billed them for over $500, my invoice showed $283 and my screenshot when I checked out showed $141.50. I smell fraud
