Glasses are good quality and the prices are perfect

Offered a code for free shipping if I signed up, so I put in my email address and was sent a code. Code didn't work. No agents available, but the dumb AI suggested it had to be a $69+ order (the normal policy), but there were no terms and conditions in the email at all stating restrictions. Basically, they just lied to get my email address AND physical address AND phone number which I'm sure they've sold to every scam caller in the universe; there was never any free shipping. Then they spammed me with emails offering different codes—3 emails in less than an hour—and none of the codes worked and none had any restrictions explained. I unsubscribed, but I'm still getting emails. Now I'm trying to delete my account, and there's no option for it and the chat doesn't work. I'm not interested in giving them my payment info and getting scammed; they've wasted enough of my time.

I have never had a bad experience with GlassesShop and I've used them almost 6 years. If I had an issue with the RX or fit or didn't like the look, they immediately made it right for my benefit. They have a huge selection and once you know what sizes and styles look good on you it's very easy to look in those areas. I'll keep coming back as my future glasses need updating or refreshing. P.S, I just got some using the Transition GenX lenses and they are great! Clear indoors, get darker outdoors, don't even notice they are changing back as I'm back indoors.

I was extremely impressed with the 3 pairs of prescription eyeglasses received from Glasses Shop. First of all, I have difficulty fitting frames due to no bridge (glasses don't stay up) and high cheek bones that move most glasses any time I smile. I loved the option of being provided the opportunity to try up to 5 pairs with no commitment in the comfort of my home and to gather other's opinions. Unlike most online retailers that offer the virtual try on that doesn't typically work for me. Although there was a little delay in receiving the 5 frames due to the December season, they arrived nicely packaged. The quality was much better than I anticipated and amazingly, I had great options for style and fit! I ended up ordering 2 pairs from my sample box and then ordered a third pair of sunglasses from viewing options on the website. My prescription accuracy is very important to me as I do wear progressive but have a left eye that typically requires a thicker lens. I could not believe how impressive the quality of the frames AND my prescription were once rec'd. I had read some not so favorable reviews on Glasses Shop so I was definitely leary but would HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After getting my eye exam in person at a local optometrist, I got my script and prepared for the worst experience shopping online. I couldn't find anything i liked in store, so I gave it a go. It was easy to order, smoothe sailing, no issues, and I can get adjustments at my eye doctor for free if needed.
