I made a slight error when typing my prescription on my order. You caught it, not only did you email but also called and helped me correct the mistake. The sunglasses are great.

Ordered 160 mm frames XL. Was sent 145 and 148. 🤷🏽♂️. So I responded the first day I received them. I’m like this isn’t what I ordered at all. Was told there was no frame sizes. Wouldn’t order from here. Could be a scam. Still haven’t got my money back. Disappointed to say the least. I’m not seeing any such emails that are any solutions to me receiving my money back. Obviously the glasses are too small… not sure why you would send them out that way knowing I wanted the larger frames… the only email with a solution would say something like hey we refunded your money, sorry the check is in the mail. I’m reporting them to the better business bureau.

The return policy is terrible. The customer service just stopped responding after I questioned why I would only get a 50% refund. You are much better off using Zenni or Zeelool.
