Great service even though I made the mistake, they replaced my glasses and I am very happy with them.. The prices are better then the doctors office. I think I got them faster then I would behave at my doctor's office. Great value and frames are strong and steady.

I really appreciate the understanding of the company when one frame was too small and the other was the wrong eye spacing. Also my daughter fell and broke her new pair and it was replaced for a reasonable price, they have saved me a lot of stress and money.

I love the frames on both glasses. However, the red glasses I bought do not sit right on my face, they are crooked. So will need to take them into Vision Works to adjust. This has never happened to me before when ordering from Glass Shop so a bit disappointed.
