The fact that there is no live chat to answer simple questions is an actual pain. It feels like this.... "I know you have an important question, so... here is some homework for you... go to our community and have fun searching for your answer. We understand that this might take you away from what you are doing for up to an hour, and you might never find a solution. A chat would be ideal... but... homework is better and cheaper"

The idea is excellent. The price doesn't make sense, I pay 30 dollars a month and barely manage to update one project, there is no logic in the pricing system. 30 dollars for the first package, and to upgrade you have to pay 4 times the price of the base package. It is difficult to develop in a language that requires right alignment And there are lots of ui limitations. Thanks to you, I realized that I had no choice so i decide to learn to write code, and every day I upgrade my skills. I'm I had no background in writing Apps before Glide let me fit into this world. Thanks to you, you are great!! And thanks for everything!!

Actually, I think you are missing out on a great opportunity to significantly increase the community that uses "Glide" since the price you charge is exorbitant and makes it difficult for developers to work because it makes the cost to the customer very high. I have been using "Glide" much less because those I offer it to, initially find it expensive. The number of rows and updates is very small, and the fact that, even in a team, each of the applications is added to the others for the computation of rows and updates makes development quite challenging.

I like the program a lot. There are, however, a few components I am hesitant to use, like the chat component, because of how the pay plans limit the number of table rows you can use before they lock the app - especially since there's no automated way to delete old rows or purge old data to ensure you stay under that limit. Even 10,000 rows is not a lot when you're talking about a chat component that could be using hundreds of rows per day. 100 users, sending 10 messages a day could max out the rows in less than 2 weeks - and the only way to purge old data is to manually delete rows? That's pretty much unusable in my case. Also, what if you need to keep some of those messages longer? Or just save the last 100 messages from each user? Maybe I don't understand how the chat component works - but the fact remains that there is no easy way to automatically purge old data.
