Don't even try to return an item, you'll never get a refund.

They sent me a used club and I don’t agree with the order and description of the value. They would only exchange and kept my money. The return was requested within minutes of opening the package. Greedy terrible people. Sketchy website. Lied about price of clubs on Google shopping.

Ripped me off place blows customer service sucks

They advertised a ladies Cleveland Satin Wedge in very good condition for $90. I wish I could include a picture of this club, it's trash. For $20 I can get one in excellent condition. I will never, ever shop there again. Now I have to go thru the hassle of the return. And I a nice grip added to the club that in not getting an option to return? Horrible site. Shop elsewhere

Placed an order and tried to cancel it. They said the next day it’s not possible to cancel so I made arrangements to make the order work for myself. Two days later they say it’s been cancelled and refunded and I would have to place another order

Used to be my favorite place to buy used clubs but evidently they changed their return policy so now you only get store credit back on used clubs which means if they misrepresent the condition of one of their clubs you have to pay to ship it back and you're stuck with credit. Definitely don't recommend buying used clubs from them anymore.

Worst customer support ever. I ordered a club from GlobalGolf. When it shipped, I noticed that the shipping address was wrong. Instead of shipping to my address in Wyoming, they shipped it to an address in Maryland where I haven't lived in 7 years. The billing address was correct. When I noticed the shipping was incorrect I immediately contacted customer support and requested the shipping destination be changed. The response I received was that nothing could be done after it shipped. Four days later, it arrived at the wrong address and I called to see what could be done to correct the problem. I was told that if I would have let them know while it was in transit, they could have changed the destination. I informed the customer service rep that I had done so and nothing could be done. I was lied to and screwed by GlobalGolf and I will never purchase anything from them again!
