Dear Bin Ishtiaq, After reviewing your case, we confirmed that your partner company purchased 10 units of a product from us and later requested a refund. However, the order was not eligible for a refund under our policies. As a gesture of goodwill, we still accommodated several of your requests and in early February, requested your bank details to process the agreed resolution. Unfortunately, your company became unresponsive despite multiple follow ups. After approximately 14 weeks, your company contacted us from a different email address, again requesting a refund. By that time, we were unable to accommodate the request due to the storage costs already incurred. Throughout our communications, including our last correspondence in June, we waived all storage fees as a gesture of goodwill. We have never refused to fulfill your order and remain prepared to ship the goods upon receipt of your shipping labels. The order remains unshipped solely because the required shipping arrangements have not been provided. Sincerely, Global Mart Wholesale

Hi Sky Nguyen, We strongly deny your claims. All products we sell are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized B2B distributors or directly from the brands. We provide verified supply chain documentation to any customer upon request and according to our records, we have already shared an official letter of authorization and invoice with you via email to address your concerns related to your Amazon account. WE STILL REMAIN OPEN TO VALIDATING THE AUTHENTICITY OF YOUR ORDER IF AMAZON CONTACTS US ON YOUR BEHALF. You placed an order with us and received the products at the address provided on prompt delivery time. Now, weeks later you are requesting a return because you cannot sell the items. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate returns for reasons unrelated to product issues. Posting a negative review with false claims after we rejected such a request is misleading and unethical. We accept returns ONLY IF products have any issues from our end for example, if items are damaged or differ from what was ordered. Regarding customer service, our line operates Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM EST. Calls outside these hours may not be answered immediately, but all emails and calls are returned promptly during business hours. If you have a legitimate concern, please email [email protected] with your invoice so we can review and address it. Regards, Team Global Mart Wholesale

Dear Rayyan Akhlaq, After conducting a thorough review of our sales records, payment history and communication logs - we were unable to find any order associated with your name. Based on this review, we have no record indicating that you have ever placed an order with Global Mart Wholesale, nor do we have any prior dealings with you. Accusing a business of scamming customers is a serious claim. If you have in fact placed an order with us, we invite you to provide the relevant details so we can investigate immediately. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, invoice or any communication you may have had with our team. We are committed to maintaining transparency and professional service with all of our customers and will gladly review and resolve legitimate concerns (if any). Sincerely, Global Mart Wholesale
