Amazing product, and even better support team. The Globlinker just works when I need it. I had a minor issue after my initial data plan ran out and reached out for assistance and the team was very responsive and helped me figure out what had happened. No problems with the product or the service just a user error on my part.

Used it in Japan and it worked wonderfully. Definitely worth spending money on it if you travel international at least twice in your life. The customer service is quick to reply and set up the data transfer as well.

Been using this a few months now - customer service is responsive and glad to see my data can be used to convert internationally. Data speed has been decent (allowing me to facetime / video) Will be looking forward to using this on my upcoming trip.

We have used these as backup Internet devices. They work extremely well and the price is good considering to get 2 GB of data per month included. Normally for us that's plenty for emergency use but if you run out they do have data plans available .

I purchased this device as my Sky/O2 signal is not good in many places I visit. I am an event marshal and one event I attended the Globlinker data package was not available. A quick Google check showed that I should have followed a procedure to enable my use after a break. Contacted Globlinker via email and within an hour all was done and I was back online again. Teach me to check the night before!! I had a follow up from the company a few days later to check all was well. I am very satisfied with the device and the company support. I could have been in the mire had they not responded so quickly.

Just curious, the significant majority of these outstanding reviews are from people writing either their first or second review!! Am I just overly sceptical??

I researched several providers of this type of service and GlobLinker came out on top. I've found the device to be solid and the support is quick and offers accurate diagnosis. Not that there were any actual problems that weren't user error. Once you understand the way the device works and how the free GBs are allocated and made available, it all makes sense.
