I bought the Globlinker device because of the 2GB of data per month. At first, I didn't understand how that worked. After the initial 10GB, on the actual Hotspot I would only see 1GB. I contacted support and they were prompt and helpful. The 2GB is given in 1GB blocks. When the first is used, the next automatically activates. When a month goes by with no usage, these 1GB blocks (2 each month) are put into the account as inactive, but ready to use. I could log into my account online and see this in the "customer portal." Again, I didn't really understand everything I was seeing in my account online, but the customer service rep was wonderful and explained it very well. I also like that I can buy more data. The Hotspot works very well. I have a fast enough connection to do what I need to do.

Customer service is impressive! I had a few problems initially as I’m not very tech savvy but had no problem getting in touch from Thailand and have been using my globlinker when there’s no WiFi around no problem at all . I’d definitely recommend it.

I was slightly apprehensive at first but was soon convinced that I'd made the right decision to purchase from Globelinker. It's been used a couple of times whilst away in our campervan where it's come into its own and purchased for this very reason where there has been a lack of WiFi. A brilliant piece of kit and highly recommended.

Works very reliably when my phone’s hotspot is slow or won’t connect, and the customer service is phenomenal. The internet connection is stable and fast (typically >200-300 Mbps) even when my phone can’t get service. Their customer service is very helpful and friendly, and always responds to emails quickly. I’ve gotten a lot more use out of my Globlinker than I anticipated when I bought it and I’ve been impressed by its performance.

I used Globlinker while I was in Alaska. It worked well in Denali National Park and in some remote areas when the internet connection was very weak. I strongly recommend this product.

I bought my globlinker to use in my motorhome. Quite often I an out in the wilds where normal phone signals are very patchy. The globlinker has procedures to be invaluable, it has always found a good stable signal wherever I have been Buying data as and when you need it is really great. Accumulating 2gb of data every month which is included, means you always have enough to buy an additional data plan if you need it even if your phone signal is non existent. Purchasing data is simple, with a good selection of plans available at a sensible price. The customer service team is just amazing, with support available online, and really quick responses with solutions by a friendly team of people. If you want pay as you go Internet access, then this is the way to go. I rate this very highly indeed, and would recommend it to everyone
