Easy, quick, convenient process. Great value and price.

Horrible return policy. Make sure you read it before purchasing. It is confusing. I ordered glasses for $217 and they did not fit. I returned them and got $33 back. I lost faith in buying from online retailers that do not offer a refund when you return the product. That's an 85% return cost deducted from you refund.

OK. Quick and easy

On Sunday, April 17th, my glasses frame broke. On April 18th, I ordered identical replacement frames from Go-Optic. I paid extra for 1-3 day expedited shipping, because I was going out of town April 24th and needed the frames before leaving. I received an email order confirmation at 6:26 p.m. that same day from Go-Optic. On April 22nd, four days after placing the order, I received an email from Go-Optic stating that the frames had been shipped. They arrived April 29th, the day I got back into town, 12 days after I ordered them. Yes, USPS was complicit, but their delay would not have factored into this since Go-Optic failed to ship the frames until 4 days after the order. I would expect a company to ship an item the same day or the next day after having received the order, and the customer having paid for expedited shipping. Inexcusable. Go-Optic gets one star for service, regardless of the product.
