Easy to order

The site is well organized and easy tonuse. Great photos!

Wonderful and efficient website to navigate with lots of variety.

Updated review - Go-optics offers same-day shipping on select frames but that does not include lens so don't be confused by the offer. In the end I should have known better. However, their published processing timelines are also misleading and per customer service they are only estimated (which is not stated on their site). I did not receive an order confirmation email and when I checked on my order the site state my glasses would not ship for 2.5 weeks which was much longer than expected. On the positive side, their customer service responded in a timely fashion and my glasses did ship sooner than stated.

So excited to get new frames prices are fair will post another review when I actually get them but the buying experience was easy

Well as long as I get what I ordered, then it will have been a great experience. As I haven't received my order but merely just now purchased I think this survey is a bit premature!!
