Easy to find replacement frames at 1/3 the cost of what my optician wants. The only downside is the length of time it takes to receive your order. Definitely well worth the wait.

First time at Go-Optic. Asked some questions in the online chat window and ordered replacement frames. Easy to order if you already know what you want.

It feels like upsell after upsell, and I think that's what it is. There is redundancy in some of the features and benefits that are offered in the original package, the lens package and the add on accessory options. I would prefer to have less hoops to jump through. I'd really rate it a two or three but am trying to be polite.

Quick, easy and much cheaper than the retail store.
