You had exactly the frames & color I was looking for. Mine got broken. The establishment where I bought them couldn’t get them again. The lenses in them were fine & the prescription is current. I just wanted the same frames. Thank you!

My frames were ordered and paid in full on January 26th 2021. I paid additional for expedited,1 to 3 day business shipping. To date, February 6, 2021 my order has not even processed. Go optic holds itself out as an online superstore. Other legitimate online superstores such as Walmart, Target, Chewy, Amazon and others can drop ship items with minimal or absolutely no shipping within 2 days. I took screenshots moments before posting this review, showing my item still in a pending status and not even processed. This is fraud and deceptive business practices. I have spoken with two representatives at this company who were apathetic dismissive and shrugged me off, but threaten to charge a 10% restocking fee if I canceled my order. I am outraged!

Found frames that I could not find anywhere else

Good variety

It was quite easy to get my order made for a pair of frames to replace my broken frame. The price is reasonable, and a heck of a lot cheaper than replacing the whole pair of glasses when my lenses are still perfectly good.
