ordering online was smooth lets see how fast the shipping gets to me.

Never received a confirmation email. Shipping took almost a month. Trying to get ahold of someone on the phone is a joke - unless you press 1 to place an order. Buyer beware - any order returned for a refund is subject to a restocking fee.

Do not order from this company if you expect your item in the time frame posted on the site. Supposed to be 1-5 days processing and 1-5 days shipping. My order will be in "processing" 11 days! This is for sunglasses that are not prescription. I called and verified the shipping date. Tried to cancel the order but there would be a restocking fee for absolutely nothing they have done.
