This is my first time placing an order, and the frames were available

Regret ordering from this site. Ordered a pair of glasses, the transaction went through for $165. I soon looked on my bank account statement and they charged me $265 instead. They also then emailed me saying the glasses I already purchased, were no longer available.... I have not received a refund and each time I call the 1-800 number, they tell me they’ll call me back and I still haven’t heard anything.

Very easy to use

The website is easy to navigate and there is a chat box for questions. I am only leaving 4 stars because I haven't received the product yet.

Found the exact glasses I wanted for more than half off the price I saw in the store. Now I’m just waiting to receive them.
