This is my 2nd time here for glasses, my 1st time experience was problematic and painful back in 2021 but it was resolved. I order another pair that was promised to be delivered on dec 27th, it is not shipped. ONLINE BUSINESSES - IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT IN THE STOCK DON'T LIE!!! I asked for a refund

The password requirements were not described and I ended up having to enter my password, billing information, and address multiple times until figuring out which characters are disallowed in the password. Pop ups immediately blocked my confirmation code and asked me to take a survey. This makes the site seem suspect and makes me feel unsafe.

Easy ordering with a large selection of premium frames (including the difficult to find frames I was looking for). I was able to purchase a better progressive lens much more reasonably than from my eye care professional.
