Able to find the selection I was looking for and a good price

The website was very easy to use. I followed the process step by step and my order was placed within minutes! The price of my frames and lenses was less than half as expensive as the quote I received at my Optomotrist's office.

sent prescription twice (with success), order not unblocked. had to contact service via chat. but all they do is forward the prescription, nothing else. order was placed on 5/1. estimated shiping is 5/19. Don't trust the 1-5 day processing time.

The fact that you don’t take Apple Pay and that you don’t have mobile devices automatically switch to numeric keyboard which makes entry of credit card number very difficult and the fact that even after you apply the coupon code it still looks like you’re being charged $90 until you scroll down far enough all of these things are working against you and your business model. I highly recommend that you correct these issues and watch yourselves benefit from these changes.
