I take it before work and I feel more focused and actually end up getting a lot more done.I usually drink energy drinks to help me focus but hate the heart racing and the crash. With this stuff you forget you even took it, and there’s no crash.

It was good I like the website how it has a photo explaining like what the product helps with. It makes it really easy too get what your looking for.

The fiber boost has been working great. It helps keep movement in my body and it mixes well with any drink. Would definitely recommend if you’re not consistent with using the restroom
