There was a glitch in my order and only the shipping protection went though. I was contacted by a rep right away and they answered my question.

bought six pack and given a 20% discount. This is the best fiber because it dissolves instantly in hot water but does so in cold liquids in about 10 seconds. There is no taste and no bloat feel from taking this product.

I wanted to try the Collagen Peptide from Gobiotix for the first time. At checkout, the different additional taxes were not DISCLOSED! I do not like that. I found out after receiving the confirmation in my emailbox.

Hello Melissa, Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the additional taxes on your order. We understand your frustration regarding the taxes imposed by San Diego County and Sacramento City, and we want to assure you that these charges are beyond our control. Unfortunately, as an online retailer, we are obligated to comply with local tax regulations, which may vary depending on the shipping destination. While we sympathize with your situation, we regret that there is little we can do to influence or alter these tax charges. However, we remain committed to providing transparency and clarity regarding all aspects of your shopping experience. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly at [email protected] . We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to assist you again in the future. Thank you for your understanding. Best regards, GoBoitix Customer Service Team
