I had significant trouble validating my phone number. Even with the troubleshooting the chat suggested, I couldn't get it to verify. I ended up using a different phone and it worked. The medication came in quickly, not cold, but not hot either. Tracking it was easy. Just started week #2 this morning, so nothing to report about weight. The 3 is based on how hard it was just to get started.

Even though the information said it might not be cold upon delivery, it was still indeed cold even with this awfully hot weather. So far, it works great.
