The driver did not meet and greet us
The driver did not meet and greet us, after phoning the office on 2 occasions we eventually meet our driver who could not speak nor understand English. He spent the first 5 minutes driving and sending text messages drifting across lanes and nearly caused an accident until we told him to put his phone down and concentrate on his driving, he unstoppable that. It 1hour 45 minutes to our destination which should have taken 45 minutes and he nearly ran out of fuel, when we arrived at our destination he only open the tail gate half way which I walked it to smacking my head. Will never use the company again. I did email them and had a poor response avoiding answering my complaint

FANTASTIC!!!
Rommel was ON TOP of his game. The communication was very clear and professional. Ms. Gladys came to pick us up from the port and she was nothing short of AMAZING. I have found my choice of Miami transportation.
