Great Experiance
We used this service to provide transportation from MCO to the Hilton Garned outside Port Canaveral. They we excellent. The communication was perfect, the drivers were the best. We were so pleased that we booked them for the return to MCO once we disembarked our ship.

Excellent experience

Driver never showed up for our flight
Driver never showed up for our flight. We called and text the number provided and the number was disconnected. We called the company, and they could not locate our driver. We arrived to the airport and through security as our flight was boarding as we had to call an uber. Super disappointing as this was pre scheduled.

Unfortunately, an internal operational issue occurred on this specific service, which resulted in the driver not being properly dispatched as planned. As soon as you contacted us, our support team assisted you by phone, investigated the situation in real time, and worked to address the issue promptly.
While we regret that we were unable to resolve the situation before your departure time, we would like to clarify that a full refund was issued immediately, and the total amount paid was returned to you. Additionally, as a gesture of goodwill, we also offered a 30% discount toward a future reservation should you choose to give us another opportunity.
We have been operating for many years with a strong focus on reliability and customer care, and we regret that this isolated incident did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Your feedback has been taken seriously and reviewed internally to prevent similar situations in the future.
