I was helped very fast and received a response within 2 hours (sometime you have to wait days to get a response from other place’s customer support, so this was amazing). Great experience with the agent. Bought a gift card while back and wasn't able to redeem it. Contacted/emailed customer service, within couple hours I received an email and next day, my issue with the gift card was resolved and I was able to use the gift card. Great customer care and service.

Excellent customer service. Sent an email on a Sunday afternoon requesting directions on cashing in my Dining Dollars. Within minutes I received an email with detailed instructions.

I ordered some Disney giftcards using my Dining Dollar credit but didn't realize that they would take three days to release. As I bought the cards the day before the trip, I emailed their support hoping to get the release expedited. They responded in less than 30 minutes with the gift cards released, allowing me to use the cards for my trip! Next time I'll be sure to order in advance, but I really didn't expect such prompt work and wonderful customer service. I would most definitely recommend Dining Dollars to my family and friends in the future!
