Dislike auto refills
Dislike auto refills. Believe packaging to be unnecessarily wasteful.

Dear Zola, We can definitely take off the auto refill since you don’t need it. It’s only intended for chronic medications when the refill is needed 100% of the time. Thanks Ron RPh

The medication was fine; Service is sluggish
The medication was fine. Processing times and response times to inquiries are slow.

Lack of communication & slow progress
I placed an order 10 days ago. Apparently there was an issue with my credit card but I never received a call. If I wouldn't have called I would have never known. I finally got the order processed. Now its been 4 more days and it still hasn't shipped. Rather frustrated with the service I have received.

This was my first time using GoGoMeds
This was my first time using GoGoMeds. My only complaint is it took over a week for my medication to arrive in the mail. It looked like it didn't get shipped right away. Now I know in the future to renew it at least two weeks in advance.
