John @ GoGO, superb customer service.
I do not know that which happened on my initial order, but by making just one phone call to a polite customer service provider by the name of John, my script arrived, as he had promised.

Using FedEx
Using FedEx to send medications that require a signature is HORRIBLE! This is a problem because FedEX will only try to deliver 3 times and after the 3rd time the item is returned to the company! You have to pay extra with FedEx to have it deliver at a specific time! For people who work this is extremally hard and an extrem inconvenience! PLEASE DO NOT USE FEDEX!

Great Service, Cheapest Price
Good RX listed this site as the cheapest place to buy my prescription so I ordered from them. Got good communication from them, timely delivery, authentic product. I have ordered from them twice now as they have the best price I can find.

A+ Customer Service
There was a delay and it was because my doctor never sent the RX. I spoke to your representative and it was resolved in a timely manner. Also, the medication arrived promptly. Thanks!

tried to call about placing a new order…
tried to call about placing a new order MULTIPLE times over 3 DAYS never got through, left voice messages as prompted and NEVER got a call back. As a new customer, 1st order, my confidence in this service is a 1 out of 10 where 1 is not at all confident. I will be writing to the manufacturer that has this site as an exclusive source for the RX and let them know how very difficult getting thier product has been

refill issues...
Many times over the years using you I have either not received my refills or received duplicate refills of some meds causing me issues. I do like that there is an online refill section now. I just feel there is a disconnect from traditional pharmacies that is needed.
