GoGoMeds has been an excellent company to get my medication with. Customer service is exceptional and their reliability is spot on. It's nice having a subscription service that I don't have to worry about!

This order contained 2 medications. One was cancelled and I have no idea why. I still have not received it and its been almost a month.

The correct Rx was delivered with professional labeling, packaging, and info at a very good price. I was contacted by phone as a matter of verification just prior to shipment. This interaction was professional, courteous, and easy to understand. On the negative side, navigating for available Rx meds on the website was somewhat awkward. It was difficult to determine what was actually available. My main issue was time to complete the order. It took 24 days. I placed the order on 4/23/21 and received the Rx on 5/17/21. I was never contacted regarding a delay, nor did I receive an update on expected delivery time. This was not a problem for me in this particular case, but it could be unacceptable for a lot of prescriptions. ADDENDUM: I was contacted by GoGoMeds on 5/28/21 and they explained the nature of the delay to my satisfaction. If this had been an urgent prescription, I could have contacted them by phone to expedite the process. I plan to use them again in the future.

My experience with G0G0 Meds was a bit tricky at the start, especially when it came time to reorder. However, I think that the past 2-3 orders have been taken care of expediently, and my experience of late has been very good!!
